CENTRE POINTE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT

CPED is a free standing emergency department that sees high volumes with primarily low to moderate acuity complaints, though residents and staff are ready for the occasional major trauma or medical resuscitation that comes through the doors. PGY-2 residents rotate here one shift per EM block to work on efficiency and low acuity procedures.
